Lost contact with the seller

I asked a seller whether my item has been sent for five days, one message everyday, yet no response so far, what shall I do?|||If email 1 was less than 5 days after the end of the auction......learn some patience.|||Please tell me this isn't about the item you won from Moldova on the 14th.|||You have 45 days to file a claim to get your money back. Wait patiently for at least a month. Do not concern your self whether the seller shipped or not.||||||Then my response above was accurate. You are going to end up on numerous BBLs if you continue that practice.||||||coollpe Not all sellers post the information you require. Very few sellers purchase tracking. Many will purchase Delivery Confirmation, but even if you have the DCNumber does not mean you will see any scans until delivery occurs. Many sellers will not respond to requests for *tracking*. I agree with the previous posters, wait three weeks then if you still don't have your item, contact the seller. If still no satisfactory response, then file an Item Not Received claim. You have 45 days to file an INR, from date of sale with eBay and from date of payment with PayPal. As you make purchases on eBay you will find that some sellers will communicate, others do not.~ Lucy ~ Guide to eBay Board AcronymsClick on for links to Help Pages for a new eBayer|||You didn't wait 5 days to email, you waited 3 days. Then, you emailed them once a day for 5 days. If the seller is legit, you have probably scared them out of their wits by now. Wait the appropriate time (about a month as MyBoard said) and if you haven't received your item, file the INR.|||It is possible that the seller is not getting your emails or doesn't understand them.|||Sellers are not required to respond to emails or to use "tracking" or to provide the number if they do use it. International shippers may not even have it available at their post offices in the first place.||||||It's the safest method for sellers Sorry. Registered International is thecheapest safe method for sellers. We do have ECI (Express Courier International) but that's more than twice the cost. But this is trackable.|||Seller is in Moldova you are in China. It will more than 5 days for arrival. Wait alt least 30 days . If no item is received then file the INR (Item Not received) dispute. There simply is NO good reason to email daily, it will not get your item to you any faster.|||
