ITunes 9 problems ...

upgraded yesterday and have not been able to connect to the itunes store since. I have been run around by apple for two days and have tried every remedy. Does anyone have an answer as to how to solve this problem. Obviously Apple recognizes there is a problem with Itunes 9 but offers no answers
