I have tried several times to get i tunes to work on my computer. The program will download and save to my computer, but it will not open and allow me to use it. Below is the message I receive when trying to operate itunes.
"itunes folder cannot be found or created, and is required. The default location for this folder is inside the "My Music" folder."
Please help.
