I'm having a couple of problems with iTunes right now. 1. It wont play videos and I have no idea why; all i get is a green screen with audio. 2. When I go to install iTunes 9 I get a message that says it can't finish installing because there is a program i'm missing necessary to have to install itunes. I thought it was quick time but that's installed and up-to-date. Does anyone have any idea's
