i tryed to upgrade my itunes on my laptop to itunes 9 but it says it is installed on the wizard but when i click on the icon it trys to install then comes up with an fatal error, the windows name says problem with shortcut
anyone have any ideas on why this is doing this as the older itunes worked fine
